Quality level
SMART Advocaten strives for a high quality of service and has subjected its processes to these standards. To achieve this, we used subjected ourselves to an audit right when we started in 2007 and were audited by an auditor which was selected by the Dutch Bar Association. This auditor than concluded that we complied with the quality standards set.Because SMART Advocaten values its quality care, SMART Advocaten has continued to work according these thorough standards.
Complaints arrangement
Almost all our clients are content with the way we do our job. However, if there is a complaint for whatever reason, we take this very serious. For your convenience we settle those according to the following complaints arrangement.
